Do you like meeting new people and helping others? NJ Home Health Care is looking for a confident, outgoing person to help us introduce our services to community referral sources. We are a licensed home care agency providing services throughout Hudson & Bergen County. We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our home care services through outbound calling campaigns.
Duties:
- Identify potential referral sources and introduce our agency and services by telephone
-Build relationships with referral sources and families in the community
-Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively
- Maintain professionalism and positivity during all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
-Must speak English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and negotiate with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong market awareness and ability to identify potential leads
- Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections from customers
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
