Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and
the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to real estate agents
Manage and maintain real estate listings, including updating MLS information and marketing materials on contingent on approval by me, Heber
Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings
Prepare and process real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with social media and online marketing efforts
Maintain and organize client files and records
Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
No Real Estate Experience Required but must have a drive to Learn and master the task.
