We are seeking to hire a Part-Time Client Coordinator/Receptionist . Looking to fill the position with a positive, friendly dependable, hard working professional with excellent customer service and phone skills. Must have experience with cash register, proper phone etiquette, computer skills and determined to join our team at a high end Aveda Concept Salon.
Salon experience and Aveda product knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule guest salon and spa services, while implementing proper procedures.
- Greet guests and escort them to waiting area.
- Educate guests on services to increase service sales.
- Exceed guest expectations. Maximize books for each service technician.
- Close sales and pre-book services.
- Implement Aveda experience.
- Execute standard telephone procedures using appropriate customer service.
- Perform appointment confirmations. Inform service technicians of daily schedules and any adjustments.
- Resolve guest challenges utilizing support from site coordinator/manager when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness around the desk, retail area and the salon floor
- Create and maintain customer base.
- Responsible for balancing and checking register drawer.
- Closing duties as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Present a well groomed Aveda unified look, including Aveda aroma and make-up.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 23 per week
