Job Summary
Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the emergency services project from initial loss assessment to project completion and final cost analysis. This is a write and run position. Work is primarily insurance based including fire/smoke damage, water mitigation and mold remediation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Performs the initial damage assessment walk through with the client and adjuster.
- Develop and implement the scope of loss with client or adjuster following all program guidelines.
- Accountable for all daily operations of the project. The PM serves as the point of contact for client and adjuster. They are responsible for ensuring that all the daily paperwork is properly completed and submitted to the company’s administrative department.
- Submit daily work order requests for staffing on projects.
- Communicate daily with project leads regarding scope of work and tools/supplies needed and holds them accountable for quality and quantity of daily work performed by the specific crew.
- Approve all subcontractor bids and invoices.
- Document the scope of work and completes final estimate or turns scope into the billing department for invoicing (depending on type of assignment). Responsible for reviewing billing for accuracy and resolving any carrier billing disputes.
- Accountable for the successful completion of the project, on time and within budget.
- Participates in on call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
- Involved in company-wide meetings and training to further the quality, customer service and efficiency of the jobs.

- Valid CDL and ability to be insured by commercial carrier.
- Pre-employment background check, drug test & respirator physical
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with Customers, Co-workers, and Adjusters
- 3+ years’ experience in Emergency Restoration Services, 2+ years as a Project Manager.
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Applied Structural Drying Technician or Commercial Drying Specialist, IICRC Mold Remediation Technician - or - Verifiable equivalent industry training and experience through career longevity.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
