We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/House Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative tasks of a residential property and its occupants. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various administrative tasks. Also experienced in overseeing contractors and other staff at the residence.
Duties:
- Manage household schedules, appointments, and events
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the property
- Handle household budgets and financial transactions
- Maintain household inventory and supplies
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
- Organize and maintain household files and documents
- Oversee staff and contractors working on the property
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in clerical duties
- Computer literacy
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Must be comfortable being reachable off hours
- Must be good with large dogs and small children
