We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service, organizational skills, as well as nursing experience to join our team at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC).
The primary function of the Admissions Supervisor is to provide essential pre-admission screening and assessment services for all patient applicants, both permanent and temporary, to PSKC facilities.
This is a “customer facing” role in a fast-paced environment managing an average case load of 75-100 patients. All patient referrals must be done timely and in compliance with company standard operating procedures along with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
The Admissions Supervisor is highly detail oriented, coordinates with a variety of referral sources (hospital discharge planners, PSKC clinics, non-PSKC clinics, and providers), is responsible for securing a schedule and ensuring that all patients receive financial and medical clearances to receive lifesaving dialysis at PSKC.
Education and Experience

Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Must have current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from the WA State Board of Nursing.

Current certification for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association.

Two years' experience in direct patient care, care coordination, case management, clinical assessment, or related field.

Prior experience in a dialysis setting preferred.

Location and Hours
This is an hourly full-time (40 hours/week) position that is Monday - Friday. This position is mainly onsite; you are able to choose which location you want to work out of.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual pay range for this position is $74,138.34 - $111,207.50. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
