Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing online sales channels, and overseeing the overall e-commerce strategy.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and increase customer acquisition and retention
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product uploads, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing
- Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new strategies and tactics as appropriate
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including payment processors, shipping carriers, and website hosting providers
- Oversee e-commerce team (currently one direct report)
- Utilize data to make informed decisions on website merchandising, product discoverability, and overall site optimization for enhanced user experience within the BigCommerce platform for D2C sites and marketplaces
- Implements e-commerce best practices, emphasizing data-driven reporting, measurements, and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for digital campaigns for D2C sites and marketplaces
- Participate in site management calls with external development partners, make recommendations for optimization within the BigCommerce environment

Experience/Skills/Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and best practices, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with e-commerce sales data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as BigCommece, Shopify, or Magento preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
