Sugarfina is looking for Seasonal Fulfillment Associates to join our Las Vegas Warehouse Team! This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping sales orders that are intended to surprise and delight our customers. The ideal candidate ensures that every sales order picked, packed, and shipped are accurate and in accordance to our policies and procedures. This position requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, dependability, organized, and ability to work well with others. Basic computer skills are required to pick and ship orders.
Responsibilities:
- Process, package and ship orders accurately adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Ship dropship/VDF orders via Netsuite, Ozlink, Wordship, Fedex, etc, per customer requirements.
- Ship EDI orders through Netsuite.
- Process ASN’s in Netsuite.
- Process assembly builds utilizing attention to detail and meeting productivity standards.
- Meet or exceed the picking, packing, sorting, labeling and shipping productivity and quality assurance standards as set by your manager.
- Cross-train in other departments to provide support as needed to support business functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business functions.
- Organize warehouse space.
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Provides quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
- Promote clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirement and Skills:
- Proven warehouse experience
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system including - OzLink Mobile Warehouse, NetSuite, WordShip, FedEx and MicroSoft Office
- Team player with organizational skills
- Ability to safely lift or move heavy products (up to 50 lbs.)
- Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour shift
- Have a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule and a willingness to work some weekends and holidays as business needs require.
- High school diploma
- Level 1 First Aid Certificate a plus
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment is a plus
Physical Demands:
Ability to remain in a stationary position on your feet constantly during your shift. This position will be working in a warehouse environment. Will be occasionally required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or otherwise move self in a reasonable way or position to perform the essential duties. Ability to safely exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Work Environment:
Flexibility is a necessity as shifts are adjusted to accommodate the business needs. Overtime may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business that will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
