Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Drupal Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Drupal development, be able to lead a team of developers, and manage the code deployment process into production environments. This role requires a deep understanding of Drupal architecture, best practices, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Drupal-based applications.
- Oversee the entire Drupal development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of Drupal applications.
- Manage the version control and code deployment process to production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal sites and applications.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Drupal development.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Drupal Developer with a strong portfolio of Drupal-based projects.
- Expertise in Drupal 7, 8, and 9 development, including custom module and theme development.
- Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Proficiency with Drupal configuration management and version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes for code deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required Certifications:
- Acquia Certified Drupal Developer: Validates skills and knowledge in Drupal development.
- Acquia Certified Drupal Site Builder: Demonstrates proficiency in building Drupal sites using core and contributed modules.
- Acquia Certified Drupal 8 Developer: Confirms advanced expertise in Drupal 8 development.
- Acquia Certified Drupal 9 Developer: Ensures updated knowledge and skills in Drupal 9 development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience leading a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Pay: $75.00 - $125.00 per hour
