POSITION:
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, full-time Commercial Property Assistant to assist our portfolio managers in managing multiple buildings in Southern California.
Essential Requirements and Responsibilities Include:
- Must have at least three years of hands-on building management experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Yardi Voyager.
- Processing accounts payable and collecting accounts receivable is a must.
- This position will assist with budget development and the preparation of Common Area Maintenance reconciliations.
- Willingness to understand building systems, dealing with vendors and tenant relations is required.
