We seek an experienced Operations Manager to lead our organization's day-to-day activities and ensure the efficient use of resources. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving processes, while fostering a positive work environment and a culture of innovation. The main task for this person will be to be in the office every day making sure projects are completed on time and schedule. Working directly with the CEO
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase profitability.
- Manage and maintain a high level of project management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring effective supervision.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business development and achieve company goals.
- Analyze sales and profit loss of projects and implement changes to keep on budget
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support and guide the team to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
**Skills:**
- Must have 5-10 Years of PLC and Robot Programing experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strategic planning and business development skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze sales and profit loss data to identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,251.00 - $200,931.00 per year
