At Crimson Heights we provide in clinic, in home, and community ABA therapy, training, and supports. We integrate applied behavior analysis principles and strategies to decrease the behaviors associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as other developmental disorders. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of behavior analysts and technicians providing behavior supports in a clinic setting ensuring their follow through on job duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Use evaluation tools such as VB-MAPP, the Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III.
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
- Supervise and train RBTs; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with other ABA technicians.
- Train parents, caregivers and ABA technicians who implement plans with children and families based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
- Help build and grow a clinic the way you have always thought it should be done.
Job Requirements:
- You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with or willing to obtain UT Licensure (LBA) in Applied Behavior Analysis
- One to two years of experience providing ABA therapy in home or in a clinic setting.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments.
- Write behavioral positive behavior support plans.
- Vehicle required with travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.
- Resume and two or more references are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
