Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The candidate will support the INTERPOL project team with end user Training, Strategic Communications and Product Communications with the USNCB CIO and INTERPOL project stakeholders. The candidate will focus on supporting external-facing technology adoption, collaborating with internal stakeholders, process and procedure coordination, corporate communications, marketing, and brand guidelines development, conducting customer-focused assessments, and analyzing results, and assisting the organization with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Knowledge Management). Candidate will collaborate with project team and other internal stakeholders to assess, develop, vet and deliver communications and training requirements to ensure successful adoption of the Salesforce case management modernization solution.
