Job Description:
Duties would include:
· Reviews, analyzes, and approves architectural and engineering plans for healthcare facilities
· Provides technical engineering assistance and consultation (internally & externally)
· Reviews reports, memoranda, architectural and engineering plans, for completeness, accuracy and content.
Qualifications needed:
· Knowledge of principles and practices of civil engineering.
· Knowledge of terminology and standard abbreviations used in civil engineering
· Ability to analyze and determine applicability of civil engineering data, to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as plans, specifications, blueprints, and drawings.
Required / Desired Skills
Knowledge of principles and practices of civil engineering.
Knowledge of terminology and standard abbreviations used in civil engineering
Ability to analyze and determine applicability of civil engineering data, to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as plans, specifications, blueprints, and drawings.
Knowledge of local building codes/regulations.
Experience to include ability to interpret Electrical/HVAC/Mechanical drawings
Ability to communicate effectively, and decisively.
Ability to work independently. and communicate with team via phone or virtually.
Prior experience in construction, or maintenance of healthcare facilities
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $52.08 per hour
