Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Enter Tenant orders into the system promptly and accurately
- Maintain and update databases with recent information
- Organize and file documents (Always)
- Assist in data collection and organization for reports (Always)
- Must have exceptional social skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work both individually and within a group environment
- Ability to stay organized, regard to information, follow guidelines and multi-task in a professional and effective manner.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Writing & Managing Emails.
- Packing Packages and lifting up to 35 pounds (file boxes)
- Expertise using the internet as a research tool and computer savvy
- Excellent telephone and customer-service skills.
- Answer incoming tenant inquiries through telephone, email, chat.
- Engage with tenants through the phone in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
Basic Qualifications
· High School graduate or equivalent/ Administration Entry Level Studies.
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills
· Ability to type 30 wpm
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with limited supervision
· Full time position- Monday- Fridays 8am-5pm
· Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in order entry processes
- Strong Excel skills, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with databases for data retrieval and input
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage data effectively
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Typing speed and accuracy is essential for timely data entry
