The Director of Care (People & Culture) at Weaver is responsible for activating our vision of People First, Buildings Second and Care that Shows: Healthy men and women across our company who strengthen relationships and create flourishing communities wherever they live.
Responsibilities include:
People Development
- Develop and implement Weaver University, an intentional leadership development curriculum for building our people professionally, personally, and spiritually.
- Walk beside all leaders of people in our company as they care for their direct reports.
- Lead cross-departmental team building strategies toward collaborative and cohesive relationships throughout.
Safety
- Oversee world-class safety to enable the ultimate care of every member of our team returning home intact every day.
Recruiting/Hiring/Retention
- Lead in forecasting and execution of goals for staffing in Sales, Production, and Shared Services.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to enable industry-best compensation and benefits packages.
Chaplaincy
- Minister presence and availability to care for physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Cultivate relationships with industry-best Employee Assistance Programs and refer members of our team to them as needed.
Executive Leadership
- Join with the Executive Leadership Team to take action steps in the direction of the future we say we want: Sustainable growth that enables extraordinary care and promises kept for our team, construction partners, and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
