Role Overview:
- The shift supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. They are responsible for leading and supporting the team during their assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow, and upholding quality standards.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to ensure that all customer orders are prepared accurately, quickly, and with the highest quality standards.
- Ensure that all food safety protocols are followed in accordance with company policies and local health regulations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all products are stored properly and rotated according to established guidelines.
- Train new employees on proper procedures for preparing food, operating equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including floors, counters, shelves, and storage areas.
- Assist customers with their orders, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing the register at the end of each shift.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching when necessary.
- Prepare daily reports and submit them to management.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years prior supervisor restaurant experience.
- General overall knowledge of front of the house roles and responsibilities.
- Ability to lead and train others.

- 2+ years prior supervisor restaurant experience.
- Strong overall knowledge of front of the house roles and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
