Currently looking to hire Certified Special Education Teachers around Phoenix, AZ. These are full-time positions for the up coming school year 2024-25 Starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will possess previous school experience as a Special Education Teacher.
Arizona Resource Specialist /Self-contained class or SPED Teacher credentials
Responsibilities and Duties
Adapt classroom work for the purpose of providing students with instructional materials.
- Administer developmental testing programs, subject-specific assessments, etc.
- Advise parents and/or legal guardians of student progress.
- Monitor students’ behavior/activities in a variety of educational environments.
- Participate in and/or coordinates a variety of meetings (e.g. PLC, IEP, Department, School) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Special Education from an accredited university program
- Valid Arizona Special Education Teacher Credential.
