Your New Role:
- Handling inbound & outbound calls (no cold calling)
- Data Entry
- Scheduling Service Appointments
- Customer Follow-Ups
- Summarizing & Uploading Data
- Coordinating Calls & Scheduling Through Dispatcher
- Providing Sales Reports to Co-Workers
- Sending Out Marketing Correspondence
- Other Duties As Assigned

Job requirements
- 1 year of Customer Service experience (Preferred)
- Pass regular drug testing
- Open to background checks
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to work after hours, occasional weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Talk on the telephone for 8-10 hours a day
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
- Experience with Dispatching Software is a PLUS! (ServiceLine)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
