PlushStone Advisory, Tax, & Accountancy Inc. is a full service business and tax advisory CPA firm. We cater to small business owners to help them understand their business's finances and performance so they can make informed decisions for their business. We also help with tax strategy and general accounting.
This person will be in charge of carrying out day-to-day organizational tasks and facilitating efficient communication across the office and with clients. The role will be client facing at times, and will be responsible for assisting the company owner with keeping calendars, email, and firm task management organized and managed. Responsibilities will include:
- Arranging meetings and scheduling appointments
- Responding to basic client requests and questions as needed
- Maintaining the CPA's calendar and email
- Mail or fax documents as needed.
- Keeping the office task management system up to date and organized
- File client tax documents in the client portal
- Conserves CPA's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
- Track tasks for CPA that are open or in process
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as the arise
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Experience:
- Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Preferred)
