Exchangadisc, a leading music studio in Orlando, FL, is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team. The Social Media Assistant will support the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement.
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary Range: $41,500- $54,000 per year
Responsibilities:

Assist in creating, curating, and managing content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Engage with our online community by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
- Support the social media team in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics and preparing reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather content and align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
