Position Overview: Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for closing deals? Are you passionate about home improvement and eager to help clients turn their renovation dreams into reality? As a Sales Representative at Allied Contractors, you'll be responsible for driving sales by building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their remodeling needs, and guiding them through our range of services and offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their remodeling goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present our company's products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with our design and project management teams to develop customized remodeling proposals that meet clients' specifications and exceed their expectations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
