This restoration team support role focuses on the creation of customer value through the support of the Project Managers and their production teams that provide emergency and reconstruction services to residential and commercial properties that have suffered damage from water, mold, or wind damage occurrences by ensuring compliance with insurance company programs and procedures through building proper client and customer relationships and documentation.
We are looking for a unique person who has solid scheduling and customer service experience with a proven ability to problem solve. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling appointments for Company Representatives, production employees, and have exceptional knowledge and experience with a CRM system.
Our Construction Project Coordinators' hourly rate is between $19-$22 per hour based on expereince.

The Construction Project Coordinator will:
- Act as an effective liaison between the Company, its customers, and insurance companies to ensure the seamless delivery of high quality service.
- Create and maintain effective communication with all parties.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling of timely and profitable delivery of all services.
- Be the conduit and coordinator of all aspects of the project while acting as the channel for conveying information to all parties involved.
- Document all operational and production activity.
- Provide complete and accurate billing information to facilitate quick billing and timely cash flow.
The Construction Project Coordinator will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years administrative practices and procedures experience.
- Minimum of two years of customer support experience in a service company.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills.
- Good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Clean background check and drug test.
- Exceptional time management skills.
