Tillman FiberCo is building a network with future-forward technologies, systems and network architecture that will be ultimately capable of delivering 40Gbps+ to customers. What will your job look like?

Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.

Effectively uses market information and other sales aids to support recommendations and answer customer questions.

Provide accurate reporting and feedback contributing to attaining sales goals and plan attainment.

Identify business opportunities to maintain sales goals and provides in-depth knowledge of competitors and suppliers to management.

Educate and excite customers while leveraging innovative business solutions.

Manage and deploy 3rd party “door knocking” Teams to drive subscriber growth within existing (signed) contracts.

Develop expertise in building top-producing sales contracts through strategic marketing, tactical sales, and key account management.

Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and followup activities within assigned territory.

Build an extensive network through referrals, prospecting phone calls, industry events and peers.

Ensure a positive customer service process by overseeing all phases of the sales cycle and client journey.

Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers and customers.

Develop new accounts and penetrated accounts where previous Representatives may have been unsuccessful.

Requirements:
Primary Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
-
Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
-
2+ years’ experience in Telecommunication sales
-
Willingness to travel within your assigned geographic area.
-
Valid driver’s license.
-
Successful completion of Motor Vehicle Record check.
