Position Overview:
As the Recruiting Manager at Align Sales Pros, you will be pivotal in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier talent to drive our sales performance. Your exceptional attention to detail and administrative expertise will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-performing inbound sales representatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience and timely onboarding.
- Maintain meticulous records and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
- Manage application funnels, incoming leads, and reach out to applicants.
- Schedule appointments and conduct interviews via virtual meetings.
- Assess applicants and select the best candidates for the role.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or administrator, with a strong track record in sales or related fields.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
