Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ICP Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a ICP Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and assisting with research and development. Your expertise in laboratory techniques and adherence to FDA regulations will contribute to the success of our laboratory operations.
Duties:
- Perform quantitative analysis of heavy metals (HM) on raw materials and finished products.
- Perform assay of trace elements on raw materials, in-process blends, and finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance and trouble-shooting on ICP instruments
- Ensure that the annual qualification on the ICP instruments is performed
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Execute elemental analysis for R & D protocols as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Assist with quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and regulatory changes
- Contribute to scientific research projects by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience
- Have 1-2 of years of hands-on experience with ICP-OES and/or ICP-MS equipment
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, including sample preparation, testing, and analysis
- Proficiency in math calculations for accurate measurements and dilutions
- Understanding of GMP / GLP regulations related to laboratory testing and quality control
- Experience in quality control processes to ensure accuracy and precision of test results
- Knowledge of scientific research methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
