We are looking to add an excellent Showroom Support Representative to our growing
Southampton team!
Showroom Support Representative:
The Showroom Support Representative role is designed to be the liaison between the sales representatives, purchasing dept, accounting dept, logistics, warehouse, and our clients offering administrative support to the sales reps. This is an integral role within the organization designed to ensure clients are provided with excellent customer service, stay informed regarding pricing, ETAs, lead times, as well as ensure product is moving and orders are invoiced. This position will report directly to the manager of the Southampton showroom.

Sales Support Functions
Liaison between the sales representatives and clients
Provide pricing and availability to contractors/installers for Retail projects when sales rep is
not available.
Order entry & processing sample requests including follow up as needed.
Provide clients with updated information on any stock or special-order material, lead time
delays, shipping & tracking information.
Work with showroom reps to ensure the accuracy of all orders and with warehouse staff to
expedite order processing and deliveries.
Follow up on Sales reps Open Orders with warehouse, purchasing and accounting to ensure
timely invoicing.
Receiving payment and securing delivery for shipments
Ensuring all orders entered with accuracy and updated in a timely manner.
Generating freight and shipping quotes as needed
Answers Showroom phones as part of the team.
Provide back up for the cashier to process daily orders and ensure daily order report
completed if cashier is off or out.
Assistance maintaining showroom display samples and replacing to their proper places.
Inventory of sample swatches and ordering as needed.
Other admin tasks such as ordering office supplies as needed.
Greet Clients as needed when all sales reps are busy
Report directly to the Showroom Manager
Flexibility to work Saturdays as needed, with day off during the week.

Knowledge of MS office / Adobe Reader / Outlook / Word / Excel
Full time, on-site position: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm; Flexibility for Saturday10am-3pm as
needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,011.10 - $52,000.00 per year
