CRi is seeking an entry-level Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team! This is a full-time (40 hrs/wk) position that has the potential to have a hybrid schedule of in office and remote opportunity after training. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, highly organized, be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and have professional phone etiquette.
The Recruiter is responsible for all facets of CRi's recruiting and staffing policies and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts to provide a qualified diverse candidate pool.

Sources, develops, and builds relationships with hiring managers, referral sources, colleges/universities, technical schools, and other referral sources.

Conducts screening interviews, refers qualified candidates for appropriate openings in the agency.

Ensures the unsuccessful candidates are notified of their non-selection.

Prepares and submits weekly summary of recruiting efforts to Senior Recruiter.

Attends Job Fairs

Other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (40hrs); May require some weekend and evening hours as needed for hiring events.
Location: Chantilly, VA with opportunity for hybrid schedule (3 office days/2 wfh days) must be local
Annual Compensation: $55,203.20
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
- Human Services or Human Resources degree preferred.
- 1 year required experience in Human Resources or Recruiting.

Excellent computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, and recruiting platforms.

Familiarity with federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment required.

Absolute discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information and ability to exercise good judgment.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
