Salary $80,000 - 100,000 depending upon experience
THIS ROLE IS NOT REMOTE
Responsibilities:

Provide engineering and design support for integrated security systems (access, video, intrusion)

Assist sales staff with estimates and product selection to meet customer’s needs

Provide technical support to technicians and customers
-
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to support project delivery

Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-
Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner

Open willingness to continual learning

Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices

Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values

Any other duties deemed appropriate by management
Required:
-
1-2 years experience in security system design and/or estimating security systems
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Pass drug and background screenings
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time
-
Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer

Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes and loud noises

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
