Job Overview
Project Managers at 24 Asset play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects related to housing and urban development (HUD) properties. The specifics of the role may vary depending on the nature of the projects undertaken by HUD at any given time.
Status: Full – Time, exempt. Work-from-home (remote) options available.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning:
- Develop project plans outlining the scope, objectives, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with HUD and management team to ensure operations and tasks are in alignment with HUD policies and guidelines.
- 2. Client and Contractor Engagement:
- Collaborate with government agencies, community organizations, contractors, and other parties involved in the project to ensure goals are understood and met.
- Regularly interface with Client COR via email, conference calls and regular meetings.

- Ensure that all projects comply with HUD regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within allocated funds.
- Monitor financial aspects of the project and prepare regular reports for HUD.
- Create and maintain property preservation schedules, identifying critical milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor progress and implement adjustments and escalations to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Work to resolve issues that may arise with properties and the associated vendors.
- Ensure that client deliverables meet quality standards and comply with HUD guidelines.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes throughout the properties lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Provide regular updates and reports to HUD and other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead property preservation teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Implement monitoring and evaluation processes to assess the impact and success of projects.
- Use feedback and data to make informed decisions and improvements.Qualifications

- MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience working with HUD properties. In-depth knowledge of HUD regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience as a project manager (or equivalent position) in a technical, real estate, or banking-related organization.
- Solid interpersonal skills for team motivation, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
- Management-level Presentation Skills and Experience
- External Client Facing Experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A sense of urgency and adherence to deadlines.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- PIV/C-Number preferred.
