Overview:
Perfect opportunity for part time . We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, confidence to work on her own, fast learner for a fast paced office, good communication skills and excellent customer support skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones
- Assist in coordinating projects, submitting permits to the cites and calling in for inspections.
- Preparing Proposals for customers and following thru till final Invoicing (many steps to be taken (will explain).
- Work closely with Owner and Office management in a high paced office.
Experience:
- Fast Learner
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a Electrical Contractors environment or Construction (preferred not necessary)
- Proficiency in using computer applications (adobe, Microsoft applications) for creating proposal, invoices and statements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers via emails and in person along with team members
- Familiarity with City permit documents, submissions, procedures and Notice of Commencement submission and FPL preferred, however will train.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
