We are Total Home Service, LLC your one stop site for all residential and commercial telecommunication needs. We are currently looking to expand our Solar B2C Sales division and opportunities in the Houston market.
Ideal candidates for our Sales Representative position will be active, energetic, organized professionals who have experience and proven results in managing a B2C Solar team and building a team of sellers. We provide all the tools and training to be highly successful and seek top performers to step up into leadership roles and unlimited opportunities.
Compensation:
- $2.25 Redline
- No cap on commissions (our entry level, no previous experience reps average $75K-$125K per year).
- Compensation listed refers to this average only.
- Monthly Performance Bonuses
- Paid Weekly
- Open for promotions based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Selling, training and developing sales teams.
- Daily in-person prospecting of new customers in the greater Houston, TX market.
- In-person consultations & presentations of our services
- Achieving monthly sales goals for new contracts and revenue contracted
- Developing relationships & following-up with prospects
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and present well in a formal business environment
- This is a highly active, results-oriented position. Candidates should thrive on meeting and exceeding goals
- We value previous outside sales experience, but do not require it. We will train the right candidates

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
