Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and purchases in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Utilize bilingual skills in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking customers also a plus
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales; firearm, jewelry, or tools is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer needs promptly and professionally
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
