Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various administrative tasks and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Coordinate office projects as needed
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Proficiency in Google Suite for managing documents, spreadsheets, and emails
- Real estate administrative experience is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Front desk receptionist experience handling inquiries and directing visitors
- Clerical skills for maintaining records and filing documents
- Ability to assist in project coordination as required
