Daily duties include: Answering Phones, Coordinating Customer Calls, Collections, Invoicing, AP Data Entry.
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge required, Dynamics SL Database knowledge recommended.
Must be able to multitask and have a positive attitude.
Will be interacting with other office staff and field technicians as well as on and off site customers and needs to be able to react to their needs in a timely manner.
Some local delivery and pick may be necessary so a clean driving record is required and must be able to pass a background and drug screen.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
