**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through business development and account management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct sales activities to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approach effectively.
- Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical sales team to ensure accurate understanding of product offerings.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and account management.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to analyze market data and trends effectively.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
