The Learning Technology Administrator for MinistrySmart works as part of our Client Learning Experience team and will be focused on providing a world-class online learning solution for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Provides permissions and training for assigning/reporting capabilities for new Staff Pass Pro clients.
Liaises with LMS vendor on ACST’s evolving needs and submit enhancement requests to LMS vendor
Owns OnDemand content publication/tagging
Analyzes discrepancies between corporate systems and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues
Defines and documents MinistrySmart SOP’s, including content setting updates and platform change log spreadsheet
Administers Trio program for Client Learning and coordinates occasional cross-department Trios with other teams
Runs high-value LMS reports monthly (testimonials, pro preview conversions, etc.) and recommends action items
Contacts clients who cancel Staff Pass Pro for feedback and provide analysis to the Client Learning team
Tests content and platform updates in MinistrySmart before release
Collaborates with eLearning to develop a Realm certification strategy in the LMS
Collaborates with Support Ops on cohort analysis to show business value
Assists/trains internal departments that want to use MinistrySmart
Facilitates remote usability testing for future MinistrySmart features
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor degree in Communications, Business or related with 4-6 years of experience training administration with 2+ with LMS platforms preferred.
Experience with AICC, SCORM, and xAPI
Familiarity with Section 508 and WCAG requirements preferred
Ability to quickly and consistently establish rapport
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple priorities that need to be effectively managed, while maintaining composure and flexibility in a structured environment
Strong problem-solving abilities to independently resolve routine and complex issues
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated project management skills
Experience with a variety of computer applications (i.e. Google Suite, e-Learning applications) with strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read/edit basic code (such as HTML/CSS) to assist in edits to LMS pages preferred.
Business/strategic mindset to consider long-term strategies for ROI/Lead Generation/LMS usage preferred.
