COVID-19 dramatically impacted our industry and exacerbated the trend of technology and remote selling. If you have been in the industry for years, you’ve noticed how quickly it’s changed. We are continuing to invest in our contact center operations with our subsidiary company Medicare Advocates. We are seeking additional reps for our Lehi, UT location.
The Position:
Currently looking for Licensed Health Insurance Agents for our rapidly growing team. Using our CRM and dialer, make outbound and receive inbound calls to Medicare beneficiaries that have questions regarding their Medicare benefits. Perform benefit comparisons and assist consumers with enrollment into plans and products that are most suitable via our provided enrollment tool.

Qualifications:
This position will require full-time, in-person availability. MUST reside in the state of FLORIDA.
Active accident and health license
Ability to pass background check.
Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of related insurance products and applicable industry experience.
Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.
Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
Possess outstanding organizational skills with an ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with phone sales and outbound dialing.
Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and technology and computer proficiency including call center and CRM experience.
