Key Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain a corporate culture that motivates employees and enhances productivity.
Design and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Ensure employees understand and embody the company's core values.
Collaborate with leadership to align organizational development initiatives with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make necessary adjustments.
Assist in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in organizational development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Consistent and methodical approach with a results-driven mindset.
Passion for developing and maintaining a strong corporate culture.
Proficiency in both Russian and English.
