The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to provide excellent customer service, develop relationships with customers on the phone, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide strong technical knowledge of all products to customers.
- Offer product alternatives, suggestions, and problem-solving ideas to customers.
- Maintain strong computer and communication skills.
- Provide consistent feedback on competitive market sell pricing, and asset management (inventory and receivables) to branch leaders and/or corporate management.
- Improve individual skills by actively and continuously learning new products, new processes, new methods, and new procedures.
- Develop solid relationships with customers, vendors, and associates, and use those relationships to achieve goals and targets, and enhance the working environment.
- Actively support and promote all company/branch marketing initiatives.
