Program: Interim Single Adult Male
Shifts Options:
Sunday through Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the program manager with daily tasks to include coordinating multiple projects through completion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates and supervises care of clients.

Assists with researching, planning, and implementing new program initiatives.

Assists with scheduling, performance management, training, and coaching.

Maintains budgets, including forecasting future expenses.

Adheres to all contract specifications.

Reviews and approves timesheets.
-
Screens resumes and conduct interviews.
-
Suggests policy and program changes to increase the effectiveness of the unit; meets goals, and/or better serve the needs of the community.

Maintains records in accordance with agency, government, other funding sources, accreditation, and/or licensing requirements.

Communicates with external referral resources and outreach services.
-
Composes program effectiveness reports.

Performs all other duties as assigned and required.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred in behavior sciences or social service subject area; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, licenses and registrations required:
-
Project Management Certificate preferred.

Computer skills required: Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and Publisher software.
