Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maximizing sales growth.
Note: This is an in-office position Monday - Friday. No remote work available.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and networking
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify key growth areas
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, or business development
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
