Brad has been in tax & accounting for over 25 years. His extensive knowledge of tax law & his attention to detail really sets him apart from competing firms. Brad has been able to foster long-lasting relationships with his clients due to his transparency & care. He is meticulous, thorough, and will always go the extra mile for his clients & employees.
Hannah Fouss – Senior Tax Preparer & Accountant
Hannah has been working for M&Co for almost 8 years. She is an extremely intelligent young professional who has a natural problem-solving ability. Her eagerness to learn & self-starter mentality has enabled her to take in all Brad’s teachings & make a career for herself in tax & accounting. She is an example of hard work & dedication paying off.
Makayla Clay – Office Manager
I joined M&Co over 3 years ago. My professional background is restaurant management, meaning I’m great at thinking about 1,000 things at once! Which is where I come in at M&Co. My goal here is to help innovate our procedures & tactics to ensure we are maximizing our potential as a business. My day-to-day role is supporting the office, our clients & our tax preparers in any way I can. Whoever fills this role will be working closely with me, taking smaller tasks off my plate so I can further assist the tax preparers.
Where you come in: The job duties include, but aren’t limited to:
· Organizing & scanning client documents
· Organizing & referencing tax workpapers
· Light email monitoring
· Process various filings
· Pay office bills
· Run miscellaneous errands
· Enter timesheets in our time & billing system
Who we are looking for:
· Willing & motivated to learn
· Good time management
· Team player
· Not afraid to ask questions
· Experience handling personal information preferred
· Experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferred (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
