Data Sol Solutions is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team of remote Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate information regarding billing, payments, and account updates
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Must pass a Spanish proficiency test
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
