WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative for us, you are the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to make appointments and take messages on the inbound calls. When there are no incoming calls you make outbound calls to help fill appointment openings. This position will also double as an assistant to management. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Call center experience
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
