Description:
Oversees the database platforms and possesses extensive experience and knowledge in:
- Oracle and either SQL Server or DB2
- Project management
- Resource management
- Process improvement, automation and monitoring
- Service level agreements
- Database architecture and engineering
- Cloud infrastructure
- Infrastructure as code
- Agile and DevSecOps
- 24x7 operations
Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:
- Advanced knowledge of networking concepts, object-oriented technology, data warehousing, and relational database engines.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
Preferred Education & Experience: >7 years of experience as a Data Architect, and a Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, Master’s Degree preferred.
