Summary Description:
The Disney Lorcana TCG Project Coordinator position supports the execution of compliance and safety requirements for RNA, it will focus mainly on supporting Lorcana products but may crossover into other sections of the business. This role will support the coordination and submission of product safety documentation. Additionally the role will support the Global Sustainability strategy by coordinating and ensuring proper documentation is available to the global team.
Hours + Salary Range: Part Time, contract position $28.00-31.00 per hour
Location: Hybrid position located in the Seattle, Washington (US) office with 3 days/week in-office minimum
Reporting: The Disney Lorcana TCG Project Coordinator reports to the Head of Compliance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
· Product Safety Testing:
- Support annual product safety testing program.
- Communicate with suppliers and laboratories regarding project related topics.
- Monitor status of projects underway and communicate the status weekly.
- Follow established processes for test report filing and system updates.
- Compliance Support
- Support retailer and licensor compliance requirements as needed.
- Submit testing documentation and data as required by various systems.
- Provide documentation for retailer compliance programs upon request.
- Sustainability Support:
- Submit data and artwork as needed to support the Global Sustainability efforts.
- Track, document and file necessary data to support the Global Sustainability strategy (FSC).
- Update databases as needed for EPR requirements.
Additional duties, responsibilities, and tasks as assigned.

· Computer Skills: Comfortable and effective working in Microsoft Office. Technical knowledge of computer networks, servers and posting/updating a website.
Education and Experience Requirements (Minimum):
- Required (comparable experience acceptable for requirements):
o Associates’ degree in Business Administration, IT Administration, Production Management, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
o Background in file and workflow management.
o Additional courses/classes in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or specific topic related to position responsibilities preferred.
- MS Project or other project management software experience preferred.
