Summary
The Senior Project Coordinator provides support to our Project Management team and plays an integral role in project deployments. You will assist, resolve, and find solutions to customer and internal escalated concerns that occur during a project with exceptional customer service and technical support. The Senior Project Coordinator may have independent ownership of small projects. You have strong communication and scheduling skills, notably the ability to effectively communicate schedule changes with multiple entities. Our ideal candidates have knowledge and experience in Multi site technology rollouts, IT/ low voltage system installations and construction projects. In the role of SR Project Coordinator, you must have the ability to work collaboratively. Telaid utilizes a shared services model that requires all team members to work effectively with various other functions of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a project’s budget and making decisions that impact the budget but lead to successful projects for our customers.
Responsibilities

Provides both internal and external (customer/vendor) task support.

May support single project or likely multiple projects and Project Managers. Must be able to multi-task effectively.

Makes customer notification and/or follow-up calls.

Provides ETA verification and schedule updates with technician crews.

Collaborates with shared service departments to place orders and/or follow-up (lift vendors, material distributors, permit requests and verifications etc.).

Reviews weekly reports and updates assigned tasks to reflect current and accurate status. Enlist support of Project Administrators as needed.

Track progress/status of assigned projects and provide reports including team and customer meetings action items.

Maintain and drive resolution of team and customer Dashboard.

Provide resolution to project escalations.

Monitor and control project budget.

Draft and finalize installation guides for field Technician.

Develop into “Power User” in all aspects of Telaid Project Management and Accounting systems.

Task creation and updates for Project Manager

Financial management of task closures and submissions to finance (PMO approved)

Review and approve vendor deliverables to authorized payments.

Typically, 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration or equivalent.

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel and Outlook
