The Maintenance Mechanical Coordinator will perform maintenance work within their area of expertise following manufacturer instructions, amusement industry safety, and labor safety standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote maintenance crew training, development, productivity, and company policies.
- Assist in procuring spare parts, materials supply, and third-party services related to maintenance.
- Coordinate and perform all maintenance activities, such as preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Inspect, maintain, repair, and test amusement devices, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Keeping accuracy and completeness, as well as updating work orders and spare part consumption via the CMMS system.
- Keep work order records, reports, projects, service bulletins, and certificates organized and updated.
- Root cause analysis to troubleshoot and eliminate primary causes of downtime.
- Control and maintain the workshop, equipment, and tools, which should be clean and well organized.
- Assist Maintenance Manager on special projects, coordinating all parties involved with projects; scheduling and executing projects on schedule and budget.
- Periodically review emergency procedures and implement emergency evacuation drills in coordination with other departments.
- Performs other reasonable duties as requested by senior management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial systems (bearings, drives, gearboxes, lifts, chains, belts, motors, and pumps).
- Familiarity with labor and industrial safety codes and laws preferred (OSHA, NEC, ASTM, etc.).
- Basic electrical knowledge and understanding.
- AIMS or NAARSO certifications are a plus
- Must be available to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
