Salary: $70,000 $100,000 per year depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly Recurring Billing Program: Develop, implement, and manage
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new membership products and services.
- Churn Management: Analyze churn data and develop strategies to reduce member cancellations.
- Testing and Analytics: Oversee A/B testing, data analytics, and performance metrics to improve the membership program continuously.
- Community outreach: Build and nurture an engaged community of pet owners in the club every week and month.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of professionals to support the membership program's growth.
- Marketing and Communications: Manage copy, social media campaigns, webpages, email marketing, SMS communications, and guide designers to create compelling content.
- Strategic partnerships: expand the benefits to club members through special products and services offered by outside organizations to provide continued value to our members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the heads of marketing, customer support, and business operations to ensure alignment and success of membership initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and managing subscription-based programs.
- Strong background in product development and lifecycle management.
- Expertise in reducing churn and improving customer retention.
- Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience in community management and engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SMS communication strategies.
- Experience handling chargebacks and refunds.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with the heads of marketing, customer support, and business operations.
